Do I need to download an online submission form?

Answer: No, you don't need to download or send in any form.  Simply send your cards in and we will take care of the rest.  Just be sure to enter your email or phone number so we can contact you.

How are the cards shipped back?

Answer: Cards are gently handled and packaged.  They will be sent to you using USPS priority mail.

How do I look up my card verification number?

Answer: Simply click the menu link Card verification and enter the number on the back of the card.  It will show you the details of the card.

How long does it take to grade my cards?

Answer: Each card is graded with personal care and attention.  Your card when received by us will be graded within 10 Days.

What information is shown on a VCG card label?

Answer: Each card is sealed in our tamper proof cases. Label shows the grades for the Centering, Corners, Edges, and Surface. You can easily scan the QR code on the back of the card to visit our website.
